Kelsey is who I go and see, and she is amazing. I would highly recommend her. She's very nice, and helps you think about things in different ways. She has been very helpful and supportive. I was on the fence about therapy as I have been to 2 other therapists that I didn't really feel did much for me. I am glad I have Foundations a try! Definitely worth it.

Came into foundations feeling uneasy about seeking counseling in order to get back to feeling like a normal person. After my first session I was already feeling better about it and it has been steadily climbing since. My counselor Ashley has been awesome for my individual sessions and shares helpful insight into my own personal battles to help me overcome my issues I couldn’t have asked for a better counselor.

I LOVE Lizbeth Gonzalez. She is without a doubt the best therapist I've ever had even though we just recently started working together. I regained my hope for moving past my mental health issues. Lizbeth is living proof that there is a therapist out there for everyone. The building and staff is also warm and professional, which is always appreciated. Even though they don't take insurance I believe it's worth the money as long as you find the right fit.

Only cares about money and growing. Could care less about the clients they currently have. When I tried to reach out to voice my concerns and the way I was treated my emails were ignored.

I am extremely happy with my experience here. Super easy set up, front desk is always incredibly helpful. Now my therapist, she's the absolute bomb. Highly recommend these guys as they are as good as they say. Have gotten some amazing help. Have had a number of therapists in my life and I quit going to see them for well over 10 years. I was scared to try again but knew I needed to. It was the best choice I could have made. Thank you Alicia for all you amazing help.

We are using Melinda Smith as an Art Therapist. I didn't think my brother would open up and talk, so having an idea of drawing a safe place sounded good. The next week he didn't draw, just started talking. It was wonderful.

I can’t say enough good things about Jordin in admin. He has been so amazing with any question I’ve had. Always willing to help and so attentive. Same goes for our therapist Erin! We have been going to see Erin for a few months now and she is always very professional and so easy to connect with.
